If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be in original condition with tags still attached.

Return Process

  • Contact our Customer Service team to initiate a return and obtain an RMA number
  • Pack the item securely and include the RMA number with the return
  • Ship the return within 30 days of receipt using a trackable shipping method
  • Once received and inspected, we will process your refund

Return Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale items marked “Final Sale”
  • Gift cards and e-gift certificates
  • Items that have been worn, used, altered or laundered
  • Special order or customized items


Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement depending on your bank.


If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please return the original item and place a new order. Once we got our item back we processed a new order for you again.
Note: The shipping charges may apply to the recipient in case of any exchange.
