If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be in original condition with tags still attached.
- Contact our Customer Service team to initiate a return and obtain an RMA number
- Pack the item securely and include the RMA number with the return
- Ship the return within 30 days of receipt using a trackable shipping method
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale items marked “Final Sale”
- Gift cards and e-gift certificates
- Items that have been worn, used, altered or laundered
- Special order or customized items
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or completely different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
